  10. Couple of things can be done if the Web protection is not starting: 1. Reboot your machine. OR 2. Right click on the Malwarebytes system tray icon and click on "Quit Malwarebytes" and double click on the desktop shortcut to start the program again. We are aware of an issue with Web protection failing or not starting correctly and our next program update should fix that issue.
  11. We have seen a few user's report that the latest Fall Creators update removed Malwarebytes. We are still trying to reproduce this issue in house. Thank you for the information.
  12. Lets try a clean up and re-install to see if that fixes the issue. 1. Download the MB-Clean tool from : https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb_clean 2. Run the tool to clean up your existing product. Tool will ask you for a reboot. 3. After restart tool will download the latest Malwarebytes product again. Please let me know if that fixes the issue.

  15. @TD351 The web protection issues you were/are seeing is not related to Zone Alarm. Its due to one of the updates issues which was identified. The fix in the latest build will be out the next week. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the issues you have been facing.

  19. Hello @Guenther_Bedoo You don't need to have a separate license for Anti Exploit. Anti Exploit is now a part of the Malwarebytes 3.x product and a license for MB 3.x should be enough. Thank you.

  21. What happens when you right click on the Malwarebytes systray icon and click on "Quit Malwarebytes" Then after 2 minutes double click on the desktop icon and start Malwarebytes again. Does web protection turn on when you do this? Thank you.
