Hello @Lynandeng MB-Clean will deactivate the license for you and will automatically populate the license during re-install after reboot. It should not be a problem. -

Web Protection Keeps turning off on me

Couple of things can be done if the Web protection is not starting: 1. Reboot your machine. OR 2. Right click on the Malwarebytes system tray icon and click on "Quit Malwarebytes" and double click on the desktop shortcut to start the program again. We are aware of an issue with Web protection failing or not starting correctly and our next program update should fix that issue. -

We have seen a few user's report that the latest Fall Creators update removed Malwarebytes. We are still trying to reproduce this issue in house. Thank you for the information. -
Lets try a clean up and re-install to see if that fixes the issue. 1. Download the MB-Clean tool from : https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb_clean 2. Run the tool to clean up your existing product. Tool will ask you for a reboot. 3. After restart tool will download the latest Malwarebytes product again. Please let me know if that fixes the issue.

Hello@Antec Malwarebytes 3.x is only supported for the 32bit version of XP and not the 64bit version. Please refer to the Technical Specificatios section: https://www.malwarebytes.com/premium/#tech-specs Thank you.
