  1. Your original log did not have any set up logs for mb3. This would have been created when you upgraded from 3.2.2 to 3.3.1 You can check it here: 1. Open run and type %temp% 2. See if there are any logs with the test setup. If you find it please post it here. Thank you.

  8. Lets do this: 1. Please download the latest installer from https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3 2. Run the installer on top of your existing product. You don't have to uninstall anything. 3. Once you upgrade to 3.3.1 your Web Protection should be On and should be running normally. Please let me kow if this fixed your issue.

  10. It looks like you have an older version of MBAM installed which did not cleaned up correctly. Lets do this: Let us get a clean install of the current version. We have another tool called MB-Clean which will automate the whole process for you. Tool can be found at https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb_clean 1. After downloading the tool run the tool. 2. The tool will automatically clean up the older possibly damaged installation and will ask you for a restart. 3. Restart your system and then the MB-Clean tool will prompt you to re-install the latest product . 4. Click on "Yes" to reinstall MB 3.×. 5. Now you will have the latest product installed. If it does not offer the new install after the reboot you can download and install from here. https://downloads.malwarebytes.org/file/mb3

  16. Can you please try downloading the latest 3.3.1 build . The latest build has a lot of fixes for the Real time protection . I would recommend getting the latest from https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3 Download the build and run the installer on top of your existing product. Let us know if that fixes your issues.   17. The Malwarebytes 3.3.1 build has fixes for a lot of the Real time protections not starting issues. if you are still seeing issues after upgrading to 3.3.1 please let us know.
  18. Awesome, I also confirmed with the agent I contacted. Unfortunately we currently only support purchases made via Malwarebytes to the my account portal. There are plans to integrate it in the near future.

  20. Hello @ZePet I would recommend downloading and installing the latest MB 3.3.1 build. It has a fix for some of the Real time protection layters not starting correctly. Build can be downloaded from : https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3

  22. Hello @dave1977nj The 3.3.1 build has Anti Exploit version 1.10 . The fix for the Word being blocked is in 1.11 build of AE which did not make to the product. Can you please uninstall the 3.3.1 build and install the stand alone Anti Exploit build from the box link I sent . https://malwarebytes.box.com/s/jhbmap7foenchjwna1fg8daufwekfp52 Please let us know if you are still seeing the issue with the 1.11 build of AE.
