  6. Glad to know that worked @mumof3kiwis I would highly encourage you to Opt in for the Beta 3.3 build and get the same via an update. The MB 3.3 beta build has a fix for the Web Protection issue people have been experiencing.
  7. Hello @clodhopper What do you mean when you say Malwarebytes stopped working. Did it show any error or were you not able to launch it at all. Can you please follow the forum post below and send us the logs so we could check what is going on: Thank you
  8. Can you try rebooting to safe mode and check if you can open the program. You should be able to enter the license key and also Run a scan to check if anything is detected. Let us know if that worked. Thank you.

  13. Hello @Nick_Monteiro7 I would recommend having both . There should not be issues between the 2 Anti-Exploit module. To be on the safe side you can choose the following Malwarebytes settings " Never Register with Windows Action Center" Let me know if that worked. Thank you

  15. Hello @dave1977nj Can you please try this : 1. Make a not of your license key. 2. Go to control panel and using Add/Remove programs uninstall Malwarebytes. 3. Download and install Anti Exploit version 1.11 from here: https://malwarebytes.box.com/s/jhbmap7foenchjwna1fg8daufwekfp52 4. Install AE 1.11 Can you please confirm if you are seeing the same behavior with the MBAE stand alone 1.11 build ?
  16. Malwarebytes Premium 3.2.2.2029 does have the Anti Exploit premium inside it. You don't have to have Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit premium. Lets do one thing. Just to be sure can you please follow the forum post and send me the logs. If everything looks ok you should be able to request a refund for your MBAE product.

  18. Hello @ExpertNovice If I understand your message you have a separate key for MBAE and another one for MB 3.x Please let me know if that is correct. If so you only need one key since MB 3.x has the MBAE layer built in. Thanks.
  19. That looks good. Just to be safe I would do this. Go to settings and turn on "Scan for Rootkits" Run the scan once more just to be sure. Thank you.
  20. Hello @hushthehorus I would try this. Please reboot your computer to Safe mode with networking and then FRST tool. You should be able to run the tool in safe mode.
  21. Best way to do it is to click on Scan / Custom scan. The new Hard Drive should be listed there and you can check it and run a scan. Thank you.
