I turned off real time protection for a short time, and I am unable to get the button to turn back on. Do I need to delete the program and redownload it? or can it be fixed. I have not been protect for 2 weeks now. I only wanted it off to try to download something for a few minutes that i knew was safe.

Hi, My real time protection is not staying on. When I attempt to turn it on, it says, "starting" and then turns off again. I downloaded FRST and mb-check and followed the instructions from another related post so here is the zip. If you can tell me how to resolve this issue that would great. Thank you mb-check-results.zip

Hello, I have been a user for a few years now and just renewed. I keep getting messages that I am not protected because Real Time Protection is turned off. Each time I select it to "On" it instantly turns itself off. I re-installed Malware and it stayed on for about a day and I am back to the same problem

This isn't the first time I have had problems with the web protection not turning on. Other people have had and are having this problem again. It's gone unfixed for a few days now. I don't feel like downloading another program and listing logs, I just want to know if the developers finding a fix for it.

For no apparent reason real-time protection turned itself off. I have the latest premium version. It was running fine this morning. I rebooted this afternoon and now I can't get it turned on.

Why do my “Real Time Protective Layers” keep shutting off from my Premium Malwarebytes 3.2.2? For a whole week now I am getting 5 or 6 daily warnings that they are “shut off” and that I must manually put them on again.

I have checked the forums and found some posts about a month or so ago regarding similar issues (real-time protection keeps turning off, etc.). I saw that an update finally fixed most everybody's problems. I recently purchased Malwarebytes Premium 3.0 for a new pc, which downloaded as version 3.1.2.1733. My problem is with Exploit Protection. I keep seeing the red exclamation mark on the Malwarebytes icon on my taskbar, and when I check or open the program, the exploit protection is turned off and cannot be turned on. It seems like it's trying to turn it on, but doesn't. I can't find the solution for this, as all previous solutions seem to have been fixed by the update. I believe I have the most current version. Any ideas about what I can do? Thanks, Kim

Hiya I just downloaded Malwarebytes from the Amazon app store because it had the highest rating for Kindle antivirus, but it says that in order to enable real time protection, I need to enable something called "Usage Access." When I click "usage access settings" it just goes to Kindle's regular settings. How do I enable Usage Access? I tried a Google search & just came across a bunch of forum posts with the same questions & no correct answers.

I was playing a few online games today and I had a few seconds of lag (latency) issues and I knew from the moment it happened that something was downloading in the background. I have the real time update enabled and checking every 5 minutes. I have seen some other programs before have a way to not scan while CPU usage is above a certain percentage. Since video games obviously require CPU and GPU to play, is it possible to add in a way to have Malwarebytes not update if the usage on either one or separately is above a certain percentage? Hope you guys like this idea because it would be great for me.
