  1. I turned off real time protection for a short time, and I am unable to get the button to turn back on. Do I need to delete the program and redownload it? or can it be fixed. I have not been protect for 2 weeks now. I only wanted it off to try to download something for a few minutes that i knew was safe.
  2. Hi, My real time protection is not staying on. When I attempt to turn it on, it says, "starting" and then turns off again. I downloaded FRST and mb-check and followed the instructions from another related post so here is the zip. If you can tell me how to resolve this issue that would great.   3. Hello, I have been a user for a few years now and just renewed. I keep getting messages that I am not protected because Real Time Protection is turned off. Each time I select it to "On" it instantly turns itself off. I re-installed Malware and it stayed on for about a day and I am back to the same problem

  8. This isn't the first time I have had problems with the web protection not turning on. Other people have had and are having this problem again. It's gone unfixed for a few days now. I don't feel like downloading another program and listing logs, I just want to know if the developers finding a fix for it.
  9. I just started having the same issue. Web protection cannot be turned on and getting the annoying real time protection turned off popup as a result. Attached is the log file needed to troubleshoot. Thanks! CheckResults.txt
