  1. I was having same issue as the original poster and followed these instructions. When I rebooted MB-Clean had prompt that just said to attach the file for further help and gave no prompt to reinstall Malware bytes. Originally my real time protection would not turn on but scans worked fine. I followed tips here and uninstalled and reinstalled and ran as administrator and real time worked, but then scans did nothing. I then ran clean as advised here and here I am. Any help would be appreciated. mb-clean-results.txt
  2. I am having the same problem. Scan fails, but says successful complete after 2 sec. Requested log files are attached. Win 10 64 MWB v3.2.2.2029 CU 1.0.212 Just reinstalled MWB twice today, and rebooted multiple times, in order to get Web Protection to start. Now the Scan is failing.   3. Hi team, I am using Malwarebytes Premium ver When I scan, it finishes in 2 seconds and says 0 items scanned. Even if I run a manual scan it's the same. Looks like this is an ongoing problem. Why is there no solid fix yet ? At first my real-time protection would keep turning off, then I read on your forums to download the latest version and install. Which I did, but now it is not scanning anything. Please help me fix my problem.
