  1. Hello @n6dcr I would kindly request from you to send us additional log (DxDiag) To do so: Go to your TaskBar. Click on, "Start Button". Click on, "Run". In the pop-up window enter DxDiag and hit ok. The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear. Click on, "Save all information". "Save As" window should be present. Click on, "Save" (The file should be saved to your desktop as DxDiag.txt) Exit the DirectX Diagnostic Tool. Please send us DxDiag.txt as an attachment to this thread.

  4. Hello @KeithM As long as you have the Beta updates turned on, you should be good. The version 4.0.4 is the Major version and will not change on CU updates. Thank you.
  5. Hello @KeithM Thank you for all the logs and dump files. We have identified the root cause of the issue and a fix will be available soon. By any chance did you have a chance to try out the Beta for 4.x. The latest beta does alleviate some of the performance issues. Please give it a go when you get a chance. I will give you a heads up when the fix for the scan issue is officially released.

  19. Hello @denzele Sorry to hear you are having issues. I wanted to check what specific version of MB 4.0.4 are you on. We have a beta update which fixes some of the performance issues. If possible please get us the logs using the directions in this document: https://support.malwarebytes.com/docs/DOC-2396 If the system seems too slow or unresponsive then can you try this: 1. Boot into safe mode. 2. Launch Malwarebytes 3. Go to Settings/About and tell me the version information. For example
