  6. Hello @Dropsteve Can you please try this: 1. Go to https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/ 2. Download and launch the tool 3. Go to settings and tun on the following option under Basic Repair Actions: "Reset hosts file" 4. Click on Scan now and click on Run basic repair. 5. Reboot machine. After reboot your host file should be reset and you should be able to activate.
  7. Hello @Dropsteve I see the following entries in your host files: Host data: 127.0.0.1 telemetry.malwarebytes.com Host data: 0.0.0.0 keystone.mwbsys.com Can you please clear these entries and try to activate. The host file entries is blocking our activation servers. Thank you.

  14. Hello @PaulL Can you please boot into safe mode and try running the support tool again. Run support tool / Advanced Options/ Gather Logs. Please let us know if you can gather logs in the safe mode.

  22. Hello @MAXBAR1 Can you right click on the Malwarebytes sys tray icon and choose Quit Malwarebytes. Then launch the Adobe reader. Do you still see the same pop up ?
  23. Hello @MAXBAR1 Can you try the following steps for me: 1. Go to settings/security. 2. Go to the Exploit protection section (at the very end) 3. Click on "Manage protected applications" 4. Turn off the protection for Adobe reader. 5. Click on OK and now launch Adobe reader. Can you confirm if you still see the pop -up after these steps?
