  8. @Jimmaki, not saying this will fix your issue, however you show to have 1.0.750 Component package, the latest is 1.0.764 Check for updates to get the latest version, may take a couple of try's for it to pick up the latest (as I notice on one of my computers)

  12. While we wait for @LiquidTension to check your logs, can you add exclusions to your GDATA Antivirus to see if it helps any? Add to the Allow List in Malwarebytes for Windows v4 https://support.malwarebytes.com/docs/DOC-3543

  14. I think this is a great course of action myself. If I go an deactivate a computer from the portal, it should free up the license and not allow that said computer to re-activate. I mean the reason I deactivated it on the portal was for that very reason.
  15. Strange, I was able to download the file from the attachment in post #5 in the post I referenced. As you may already know, that version is quite old, as well as your Windows XP and hardware your running. Good luck
  16. @AdvancedSetup may be able to help you with that link, version of the software needed for that. That being said, I believe the file your looking for can be found in this topic
  17. Besides us knowing you have an HP laptop (model number: 15-bsO6Owm) running intel icore 3, running Windows 10 and it is not used much, you did not tell us how much memory it has, or what type of hard drive is on the system. I work on many laptops that are slow, most of them only have 4GB of memory and have a SATA drive. I upgrade them to 8GB of memory and swap out the hard drive with an SSD drive. You would not believe the difference that makes.
  18. I have 1909 on several computers/laptops and have not had issues as of yet. Update went pretty smoothly.
  19. If your doing an in-place upgrade from Win7 to Win10, there is no reason to deactivate your Malwarebytes. However if you are going to format (erase the hard drive) then you do have to deactivate it first.
  20. Hello and Welcome @riverboatsam Currently there is no way to have the computer shut down after a scheduled scan. Best you can do is schedule the scan to happen when the computer is on, so I suggest you change the time from 3AM to something earlier while the computer is on.
  21. this most likely happened because your Update Package was 1.0.0, usually happens when something goes wrong and it gets set to that. When you did the repair option it installed the correct version. Latest Version is MB 4.0.4.49 Update Package 1.0.14928
