  2. Don't forget the ID10T Error...
  3. So I upgraded from beta 4.0.2 to 4.0.3 and I thought I had no issues (did not get prompted to reboot). I started noticing some lagging in my applications, it was taking longer to browse the web using Firefox. It was taking longer to connect to other computers using RealVNC. I thought perhaps it was Malwarebytes causing it so I went to the system tray and choose to Quit Malwarebytes. It still appeared to be responding slow however, so I decided to open Malwarebytes back up. Tried 3 times and would get the following error. I have rebooted the computer (because the support tool did not want to run in the state it was in) and ran the support tool. @nikhils I will PM you the logs.
  4. IDK, maybe.... I just enabled the beta option on a third computer that was running v3. Click on check for updates and it downloaded and installed v4. So far seems to be OK with no other popups.
  5. I did not see this behavior on two computers I have updated thus far.... just throwing that out there.
  6. Hello and Welcome @lllobs Since you found items to Quarantine, more than likely a reboot was required, after rebooting more than likely you would be able to eject the USB drive. Try rebooting your computer, which then will allow you to safely eject the drive.
  7. Google has officially announced that it’s achieved quantum supremacy in a new article published in the scientific journal Nature. The announcement comes exactly one month after it initially leaked, when Google’s paper was accidentally published early. Now, however, it’s official, meaning the full details of the research are public, and the broader scientific community can fully scrutinize what Google says it’s achieved. Google says that its 54-qubit Sycamore processor was able to perform a calculation in 200 seconds that would have taken the world’s most powerful supercomputer 10,000 years. That would mean the calculation, which involved generated random numbers, is essentially impossible on a traditional, non-quantum computer. Read Full Story at this Source: Theverge
  8. Lets see if waiting helps, in the meantime, I sent you a private message which contains the support tool in a zipped file. See if you can download it, extracted it and run the tool to post the logs.
  9. Please try the link using a different browser to see if you can download the tool, I tested the link above and it worked OK for me.
  10. Hello and Welcome @AmyH1974 If you have not already done so create your My Account Profile. Once created you can check your license information and deactivate any that are no longer needed. You can deactivate them all, then activate only the one computer you need it on. Make sure you use the same email address you used to purchase your copy of Malwarebytes when creating your account. Create your My Account profile https://support.malwarebytes.com/docs/DOC-1036

  19. The National Security Agency (NSA) and the United Kingdom National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) have released a joint advisory on advanced persistent threat (APT) group Turla—widely reported to be Russian. The advisory provides an update to NCSC’s January 2018 report on Turla’s use of the malicious Neuron, Nautilus, and Snake tools to steal sensitive data. Additionally, the advisory states that Turla has compromised—and is currently leveraging—an Iranian APT group’s infrastructure and resources, which include the Neuron and Nautilus tools. The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) encourages users and administrators to review the following resources for more information: • NSA Advisory Turla Group Exploits Iranian APT To Expand Coverage Of Victims • UK NCSC Advisory Turla group exploits Iranian APT to expand coverage of victims • January 2018 UK NCSC Report Turla Group Malware Source: CISA Cyber+Infrastructure
  20. Just curious, why are you trying to perform the scans in "safe mode". I for one would perform these scans while in normal mode, especially if I know there may be malware on the attached drive.
  21. If you have not already done so, restore the file from quarantine, and to zip it go to the location of the file which should be: E:\HiRezGames\smite\Binaries\Win64\ Right click on the file Smite.exe Select Sendto Compressed (zipped) folder You should find the file named smite.zip in the same folder. Upload that file here.
  22. Lets see if @AdvancedSetup can review your ticket and see what the hold up may be. Thanks for being patient.
  23. What is your ticket number? Have you checked junk/spam folders for replies?
