  1. Good to know. Sad to hear that support isn't offering those as needed.
  2. You can exchange your license for a lifetime license at some additional cost. Contact sales.
  3. So your problem is resolved? FWIW, "Application Control" is here.. .
  4. Shot in the dark here... what happens if you disable KIS TAM and "Application Control"? Will MBAM load? Do you see blocking in the Kaspersky logs? Have you upgraded to KIS2018? I uninstalled 2017, rebooted and installed 2018 and app conflicts I had with 2017 seemed to have gone away. FWIW I'm using KTS, but from a protection standpoint, KIS is equal.
  5. If you're using KIS you will have conflicts. Check your KIS application management settings to be sure MBAM (and its executables) are "trusted". Running KIS and MBAM in parallel isn't optimal.
  6. I would run the clean uninstall/reinstall process described here:https://support.malwarebytes.com/docs/DOC-1112 If you failed to inactivate your license, using CCleaner may have left you without a valid license to reinstall. If that is the case, you'll need to request license support from MB support.
  7. When you uninstalled, did you use the latest clean uninstall tool? https://support.malwarebytes.com/docs/DOC-1112
  8. Please install the latest v3 using the clean uninstall process per this instruction...https://support.malwarebytes.com/docs/DOC-1112
  9. If you bought a single license, you may use it on one PC.
  10. Does Tor Browser connect when you disable MBAM's web protection module? If so, I suspect that is the only recourse you have as tor sites are habitually laden with riskware or worse, hence my suggestion for running sandboxed if you must run Tor Browser.
  11. I'm sure someone will be along soon to help. What happens when you "Manage Exclusions" on this alert FWIW, VT has 2 "positives" on the site... so MBAM is doing what it should.
  12. First, I suggest a clean reinstall using this procedure:https://support.malwarebytes.com/docs/DOC-1112 Should that fail, please post logs described here. PS: If you use F-Secure for security, it is known to produce this error. A fix for that is here:https://support.malwarebytes.com/docs/DOC-1113
  13. Do you not get out at all? When I used TOR I would often get MBAM's website blocked notifications, but my client would just choose another connection, and in short order, I'd have a complete circuit. I don't believe there is a workaround with out disabling web protection. If you choose to do that I'd rec that you run TOR sandboxed (for example using Sandboxie).
  14. Reply to that email and describe your present situation. Not to worry.
  15. This is a known issue. You'll need to designate the temp folders to a fixed partition/drive.
  16. This is unrelated to MBAM. You are running RansomWhere? https://objective-see.com/products/ransomwhere.html Why?
  17. I believe it's built in. If you have real-time protection, then you're in trial mode.
  18. Let's try a clean reinstall. See this: Does that help?
  19. I'm not sure that will do you much good as the quarantined files are encrypted. So it's not just a matter of copying them back to their original locations. Hopefully, someone from MB I (@AdvancedSetup) will be along to help you soon.
