  1. @sonickeno Did you try my post instructions for F-Secure interference as well as reinstalling as @nikhils suggested?
  2. You're running F-Secure and there's a bit of a conflict w/MBAM Set exclusions for /Program Files/Malwarebytes folder under Virus Protection (the objects). Follow this reference (link below) except for folder I have pointed out. A reboot may be required.
  3. I know this is going to sound half-baked, but download the latest update directly from https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3 and install it over top of your existing installation. That simple act has solved many issues similar to your report. Let us know if this helps. PS: I'm assuming you are not using F-Secure on you system (I didn't see any entries for other real-time security products), as it can cause service connections as well.
  4. If you believe these are false positives, you can report them here: https://forums.malwarebytes.com/forum/122-false-positives/
  5. @Mike1953 It would be helpful to describe the problem.you're having.
  6. Did you read the text in the green section of the pop-up? That "Manage Exclusions" button can help if it's the same application causing the pop-ups.
  7. Download the latest update directly from https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3 and install it over top of your existing installation. Does that help?
  8. @AlexSmith Glad to have helped. I'm probably on of the early v3 upgraders who ran up against F-Secure. Unfortunately there is this outdated "official" write-up that keeps getting posted... https://support.malwarebytes.com/docs/DOC-1113 Can this be taken offline, or at least replaced by the solution I posted here?
  9. IIRC, HKCU only has the currently loaded users' hives. So those "spurious" accounts might be other users, or placed there by other programs. https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc976337.aspx
  10. Run Regedit as Administrator (right-click regedit.exe, "Run as administrator"). Does that open up more HKEY USERS entries?
  11. @niKeX Well-intentioned as it was, that solution @AlexSmith is sub-adequate and outdated, and diminishes your F-Secure protection systemwide.. You need not cripple Deepguard to resolve MBAM compatibility w/F-Secure. Nor must you enter the numerous exclusions shown in that link. I recommend you follow this procedure instead... Read the post by @dcollins modified only by my path suggestion. Hope this helps. Got questions, post back here.
  12. MBAM is free at the Google Play store. Download and run. For your tablet, you can order MBAM at malwarebytes.com https://www.malwarebytes.com/pricing/
  13. Many changes have taken place over the past month. I haven't seen any BSOD reports lately. You can download the latest update directly from https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3

  15. Here's a simple thing to try... download the latest update directly from https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3 and install it over top of your existing installation. Does that help?

  18. @IvanIvanovich Is this a business license? Since you mentioned an NDA it seems as though this is not a consumer unit. If this is a business licensed machine, then you should email support.Otherwise consumer licencees are not supported on business machines.
  19. If you leave the issues unchecked, and continue, you'll be asked whether you want to ignore them once, or ignore always. The latter would be the choice for your ReImage program.
