  4. Not saying its not an issue in your case, I just wanted to add that I watched a whole movie last night using VLC and did not encounter any issues with all protections enabled in MB3 3.7.1
  5. You can probably download and install the latest AMD drivers for your video card and it should fix it.
  6. Its quite possible that there was a routing issue while connected through the EE 4G that was corrected... Either way, glad its working now...

  10. Yes, but that 4GEE connection is getting some settings from the provider as well as the ADSL router, both probably using a different DNS server. What happens when you are connected to the 4GEE connection and assign a static DSN setting for Google (8.8.8.8) does it then work?
  11. This may be a DNS issue... check your DNS setting when connected to both networks can compare. The log shows DNS Servers: 192.168.1.1

  17. Yes it is an update to your current version. Lets get a clean install first and we can work from there.
  18. The version in the link is for both Windows 7 and Windows 10. Run the support tool you used for the logs you provided, and click on Advanced, then click on Clean.

  21. Hello @byteback Check your settings under Settings -> Protection -> Automatic Quarantine If you have that set to ON then that's why its happening.
  22. Hello and Welcome... I will try to answer your questions... If you currently have 3 devices and plan to add a 4th device I would go ahead and by the 4 device license as its harder to add it later (if it can even be done). If you are only going to stay with 3 devices and then replace one of the devices with a new one, and retire the older one, then you can transfer the license from the old on to the new one. The new licensing model allows multi platform activation so it should work on all your devices.
