Could you try going add> add a website > add a url and enter *.discord.com or just discord.com (or both) and then click Done. One of those should work.

Not sure why the exclusion isn't working, I will ask our QA to look at that, can you share a screenshot of your exclusions?

I don't see a current detection on this file.

Glad exclusions are working. I can pass those items on to the product team but it is likely best sent to them using 'Send Feedback' in the Nebula Console.
