The whole concept is to attract them with UV light and then put a high Voltage across their body and outright kill them.

@brad03 has got it.  Keep it clean so the  high Voltage electric charge is not lost via mini paths of power consumption.

It will definitely keep the volume of insects down.

Great around the outdoor grill !

Here's what I call a drawback "Two 40W replaceable UV lightbulbs"

It should be an array of LEDs that are tuned to cover the range of UV that the insects (varies with type of flying insect) are attracted too.

yes and it's the second biggest one the one advancedsetup posted is the mother of all bug zappers lol covers 2 acres

My neighbor is what got me into flowtron zappers he has had one well over 10 years and it's still going strong! Defiantly between us both now the mosquitoes in the neighborhood feel non existent.
