Received a physical malware link purportedly from Malwarebytes

A supposed Malwarebytes B2B promotion arrived via US Postal Service.  Inside was a fingerprint activated pad lock.  Also, the bit.ly link above, purportedly for a wine and ransomeware gathering hosted by Malwarebytes, was included on a small card. I would like positive confirmation, did Malwarebytes send this?  Even the padlock itself is branded with Malwarebytes logo.

Yes, this was a legitimate business promotion but was from around October of last year. Seems your mail delivery is a bit slow
