Since you ran the clean reinstall, did it solve your issue or are you still having the issue?
You also seem to be running Malwarebytes in compatibility mode, you need to undo that change.
I see you are running MB in compatibility mode. Please remove those settings. Then restart your computer.

Go to the folder C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes\Anti-Malware\ Find the file mbam.exe and right click on it and choose Properties In the window that pops up click on Compatibility Tab Remove any changes there that don't match my picture below and click Apply/OK

Let's try to get a clean install of the current version (currently v3.4.5.2467 CU 1.0.342)
Here are the steps to Download and run the MB-Clean Tool

Download MB-CLEAN Tool Please Close all open applications Double-click and run mb-clean-3.1.0.1031.exe A prompt may open with an option to allow the program to make changes to your computer will appear: Click Yes Next you will get a prompt asking you if you want to remove all Malwarebytes components from your system: Click Yes
Yes - will proceed with backing up the license key (Malwarebytes 3.x only) and initiating the cleanup process
Once the cleanup process is completed, a prompt will appear asking for a reboot:Yes - will reboot and after the reboot you will be prompted to continue with the downloading, installation and activation of latest version of Malwarebytes 3 No - will exit the utility and you will not be prompted (post reboot) to download, reinstall and re-activate (not recommended)
We recommend rebooting immediately. Additionally, stopping at this step is not recommended and will most likely not resolve your issue(s). Upon reboot, a prompt will appear asking if you want to re-install Malwarebytes: click Yes

Sorry to hear your having issues...
Let's try this first.... (Malwarebytes clean removal tool will backup your license information and then re-enter the license to the new install)

Please follow the steps in this pinned topic to un-install your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - Malwarebytes mb-clean tool (NOTE: After un-installing with the mb-clean tool you will be asked to reboot. Once you reboot it will ask you if you want to re-install Malwarebytes, you can select YES (it will download the latest version) If you are not prompted to install the latest version, you can download the latest version manually (currently v3.4.4.2398 CU 1.0.322) to re-install from HERE) If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and attach to your next reply the requested logs - Diagnostic Logs (after you run all the tools requested, all the logs will be combined into one log file named: mb-check-results.zip located on your Desktop (which will include the FRST logs inside the zip file)) NOTE: More info about the latest Malwarebytes 3.4.4 HERE; MB 3 User Guide ONLINE; MB 3 User Guide PDF; MB 3 FAQ: Malwarebytes 3.0 - Frequently Asked Questions

Please let us know how it goes.
    Thank You,

  16. Firefox's post in Bubs - Web protection issue was marked as the answer
    Thanks for the logs...
There are a couple of issues that stand out right away...
First off you are running Malwarebytes in compatibility mode.  You need to change that in order for Malwarebytes to work correctly.
I see you are running MB in compatibility mode. Please remove those settings. Then restart your computer.

Go to the folder C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes\Anti-Malware\ Find the file mbam.exe and right click on it and choose Properties In the window that pops up click on Compatibility Tab Remove any changes there that don't match my picture below and click OK

Second your BFE service is not running on your system.  BFE is required in order for Malwarebytes to work.
The fact that BFE service is not running is the root cause here, so let's work on getting the BFE service fixed. Let's try the steps below please:

Press Windows Key + R to bring up the run dialog In the dialog that comes up, type regedit and click Ok
Accept the UAC prompt if it shows up
In Regedit, on the left side, double click the folders to navigate to the following path
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\BFE Right click on BFE on the left side and choose Export Save the key somewhere you can access it later Right click BFE on the left side again, and choose Delete then click Yes on the popup
If you get an error about this, try rebooting into Safe Mode and performing all of these steps. Then reboot back to normal mode before continuing
Reboot your computer Run the fixit from Microsoft again: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17613/automatically-diagnose-and-fix-problems-with-windows-firewall Reboot your computer If you're still having issues at this point, please re-run mb-check so we can get a new log
