It won't be coming back. You can activate it using your my.malwarebytes.com account. This is the official way to activate.
Alternatively,
You would need to install version 4 first and then activate it if you have an original older license key with an ID
Then install version 5 over the top

Can you please go to Settings->security->Exploit protection Advanced settings and uncheck the setting marked in red and hit Apply. This should take care of all the Heap Memory blocks you are seeing in your machine. Thanks.

@alan1476 That does not look like a Malwarebytes detection. Wondershare is considered by some AV products as a potentially unwanted program.

Click the Check for database updates button If still having an issue then click Factory Reset, Restart the Browser, and check for Database Updates again
