Yes, IPS encountered a complete service outage earlier today.

Yes, it's been resolved on my end. You may want to open a support ticket. They're going to want some diagnostic logs from the affected machines.
@fyang thanks for coming in and saying what I was going to say!! I appreciate the support!!
@API just to confirm, if you are still seeing this issue you will want to create a support ticket so our business support team can get this identified and resolved.

I am trying to post a pretty innocuous question and the the filter on the forum keeps saying it looks like spam. What is triggering that??
Thanks
K
Let me look in to this right now for you. I'll follow up via a direct private message to you.

Since it happens after a single search and an attempt to sort results, sort order is considered another search, which makes the sort function unusable.
I totally understand how that can be frustrating, but that happens to be how IPS designed their Search component. It does another Search request when performing a Sort change.

Hi @BillieBuB , the error message you posted occurs when you have attempted to perform multiple search requests too frequently or in quick succession. It's a default stability feature of the IPS platform and most forums platforms in general to prevent Search Flood attacks.

Hi @fyang our teams are looking in to this and we are recommending the following to help us resolve this issue: https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500004821941-Microsoft-Office-365-failing-to-launch-when-using-Malwarebytes-Nebula-products

@DLCEthan I have moved your thread to the Malware Removal help area as one of our experts informed us that your system appears to be infected. Anyways, a member of our community experts should be with you soon.

Hi @AndyU!! Great question!!
Outside of the Nebula platform specific features, Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection is the technical equivalent to Malwarebytes Premium.
-
@vision311 little late to this one, but figured it was still worth mentioning. We have a OneView and Nebula Public API which you could utilize to set up a web hook to get real-time detection events. Go to the API & Services section under Settings in the Nebula or OneView console. Once you are there, click the View API Documentation link at the top for all the details.

@Gwilhelm based on the KB being presented and the system requirements for Windows 7 SP1, it sounds like the issue is that Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 is not enabled on the device or the required KB is missing. If you have verified that KB3140245 or one that supersedes it is installed, then you will want to verify TLS 1.2 is actually enabled. More information on that can be found here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/update-to-enable-tls-1-1-and-tls-1-2-as-default-secure-protocols-in-winhttp-in-windows-c4bd73d2-31d7-761e-0178-11268bb10392
One last thing to check, also make sure .NET 4.5.2 or higher is installed too. That is also needed in addition to TLS 1.2 support on Windows 7 SP1. If needed, the full system requirements can be found here: https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038522274

Anyway. I do not have physical access to the computers. I am working remotely. Is there something that you can glean from the logs?
Sorry for the delay here, I have sent a notification to the Business Support team. If you haven't already done so, please create a business support ticket here: https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

@ktechno1 we appreciate the feedback, but at this time we do not have plans for a router level solution of Malwarebytes Privacy.

I am having difficulty in how to share my premium account with my wife's computer. Can you help?
It looks like you have a license that is good for a total of 3 devices, so you should be able to use one of your additional seats. You can do this by installing Malwarebytes and logging in using your Malwarebytes Account (aka MyAccount) during setup (latest version only) or entering your license key.
If you need assistance getting and sharing your license key, there are a few easy ways to do it:
- Open Malwarebytes Premium on your system (not your wife's) and click the Settings gear then go to the Account tab. You license key should be listed here.
- Log in to your Malwarebytes Account on our MyAccount website. Details here: https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038523934-Find-my-Malwarebytes-license-key
- If you want, you can also share access to your license directly from the MyAccount website. Details on that are here: https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038519814-Share-your-license-key-using-My-Account

@David H. Lipman can you share a specific example that I can share with IPS?

@David H. Lipman thanks for sharing. We also noticed this and informed IPS of it earlier this evening. Unfortunately, we will not hear back until tomorrow on this.

We have contacted IPS and are awaiting an update from them on this. Thanks for reporting the issue!!

We have contacted IPS and will follow up as we learn more. The issue seems very sporadic, but it is clearly happening. Hopefully they can track it down and resolve it.

@Hardhead I am not experiencing any issues like this. Might have been some sort of hiccup due to load balancing, but let us know if it continues.
-
Sorry for the delay. did these ever come through? Checking before reaching out and because we are limited staff wise.

Hi @rajkesharilk, I moved your post to the PC Help section since it did not have anything to do with needing support with our Malwarebytes for Windows product.
So our community can better serve you, can you provide some more technical details and errors you are seeing when installing the driver as well as what gamepad specifically you have? Please include screenshots and the full error message/code if possible.

@leo3487 we just released a new Dark theme and more. Check out the details here:

Windows 11 problem
in Resolved Malware Removal Logs
Posted
@JayCee2 thanks for sharing your feedback and experiences with Malwarebytes running (or in this case not running) on the next version of Windows!! Like @exile360 said, we do not officially support beta or unreleased versions of Windows, so there isn't a whole lot we can do right now as it's just to early in the Windows 11 preview lifecycle. Rest assured that we will keep an eye out for issues like this as we internally test and prepare for Windows 11 later this year.
