Lazarus As already stated by Buttons it has been known that while using utorrent (or the like) you will continue to get some blocks from time to time if utorrent happens to try and connect to a server that is known to be spread malware. It is your choice to use utorrent as you use it at your own risk. Bittorrent technology is used for many file downloads both for legal purposes as well as shady purposes...., if you close out utorrent and continue to receive block notifications then perhaps you have a rootkit on your computer and will need help from the experts to get it cleaned up as instructed below... Sorry AdvancedSetup, you beat me to it as I was typing....

  8. Avast Free will work with Malwarebytes.... There are several folks her that use Malwarebytes together with Avast without any issues, and should you encounter any all that needs to be done to fix them is to add exceptions in the anti-virus program to ignore the files for Malwarebytes... As far as Avast being better than SAV, well its a matter of opinion and will vary from user to user....

  21. Hello and Thanks for the info you posted. With this error most times a clean install of Malwarebytes fixes the problem. Using the mbam-clean tool you found was the best solution..... Also another fix is located in the FAQ in Section A Issue #15 found HERE Should you have other issues or questions don't hesitate to ask....

  23. Sometimes windows update will replace some of your drivers.... I usually do not allow those to install cause it may cause issues. I always get my drivers from the manufacture.....
