OK, I have just make out of this test!

I just install an earlier / Previous build of MALWAREBYTES  that I have from my other laptop and guess what ? 

Version Information 

Malwarebytes version: 3.6.1.2711
Component package version: 1.0.463
Update package version: 1.0.8696

install this version over the top of MBv3.6.1.2711-1.0.508-1.0.8211 which is above and no any of both of real protection problem / no reverting to free version problem

install it and then reboot the laptop and no more of those problem mentioned above

Updating to latest build 519 and reboot the laptop seems to have fixed the problem

thanks to all Malwarebytes team for the hard work
