Porthos Posted December 25, 2023 ID:1607399 Share Posted December 25, 2023 @Mohsin121212 First uninstall Advanced system Care and keep it uninstalled. Let's get the info to get the process started. JSntgRvr Posted December 27, 2023 ID:1607692 Share Posted December 27, 2023 They are related to Iobit Advanced System Care. Lets search the entire computer for iobit and System Care. Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop. Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version. Right click FRST(64) and select Run as administrator. On the Search window copy and paste the following: Searchall: Iobit;Care Press Search Files button. It will make a log (Search.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please attach it to your reply.

Use this application to remove tools used and their quarantined items: Please download KpRm by Kernel-panik and save to your Desktop. Click on KpRm.exe to run the tool. Vista/Windows 7/8/10 users right-click and select Run As Administrator. Put a check mark next to these items: - Delete tools - Create Restore Point - Delete now Click the "Run" button.
