Do you have 2 sets . ID and KEY then yes.

OK, it seems to be working. Thanks for the help but this did take much longer than by phone would have.

dude, so you are telling me you do this for free? then that proves this entire thing even more sub par. Theres no employees helping anyone.

 you dont tell someone who is displeased with sub par service to be nice. I'm not the employee, its not my job to make you feel good. Its your job to make me feel good.

 look, I get it, I worked in various forms of customer service but you have to sit and take it and you dont hide behind a phone or computer telling the person they have one more chance when its the company making the mistake and providing poor service and holding my money hostage.

 this would have taken half an hour over the phone but instead took 2 days. I know this is no accident. The whole point of the world system is to make things difficult for people and affect their health and finances negatively. Order through chaos. the simplest purchase now is like buying a car. everything is a red tape pain in the ass.

I appreciate your help, I do...but dont tell me how to tolerate frustrating inadequacies that get in the way of life. I will not be a politically correct sheep haha
