Malicious Website Blocking using a lot of CPU

Today, I've noticed that mbamservice.exe uses a lot of CPU.
I've searched for a solution and all I've seen is that Malicious Website Blocking is the cause.
Here is the CPU usage comparison when enabled and when disabled:

How can I fix this?

Let's try this first....

• Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process for version 2x
• If that does not correct the issue, then Please read the following and in your next reply ATTACH the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs

  (the three files should be CheckResults.txt, FRST.txt and Addition.txt)

Well we would really like to help you further if we could but since the logs show that this computer has entries designed to steal and/or pirate software we will not be able to assist you without you removing and/or uninstalling the pirated software.
