Need help had a support ticket since 9/6/14 9 months now

Recommended Posts

Hi, @Tony08:

This sort of unique technical problem is not going to be resolved here in the forum.

(And it appears to be different from the BSOD reported by other users and from the internet access problems with KNM (all of which have been solved by disabling KNM bandwidth control and/or updating the KNM drivers.))

We respectfully suggest that you please continue to work with the Help Desk, as they have access to resources (e.g. the developers, the QA team, etc.) that we here in the forum do not.

If you already have an open, working Help Desk ticket, please stay with that.

If you do not, then we suggest that you may wish to open a new one HERE.

It may help the Support Team members if you could please include the link to this forum thread when you create the new ticket:

https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?/topic/169403-need-help-had-a-support-ticket-since-9614-9-months-now/

Thank you for your patience and understanding,

Please restart the computer 2 times.

Then run the following and post back both new logs.

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system.

You can check here if you're not sure if your computer is 32-bit or 64-bit

  • Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Press Scan button.
  • It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please copy and paste it to your reply.
  • The first time the tool is run, it also makes another log (Addition.txt). Please copy and paste it to your reply as well.

Put a pci card in and forget about all others with MSI and Atheros and fix your own computer . Malwarebytes al ready probably has enough info now to address the issue.

why would i spent more money when it was working just fine on malwarebytes 1.75?????? i did fix my own computer the video on top i figure out myself lol. thats my video i made myself. from what the specialist said to me on my ticket they dont have enough info.

or they say the did find out the issue coming in next patch then 4 months later it didn't fix it. then they get me to try another beta few months after that and other full version comes out and still doesn't fix the issue. again had this ticket open since sept 6, 2014 today is Feb 12, 2016.i waiting and talk to them for 1 yr and 6 months. i know it became a low priority issue since there was a way to disable the bandwidth control. i try all there way they show on forums plus the support said the same thing on the idea, but it didn't work. i was just unlucky on that part so i figure i would keep up with the ticket but in the mean time try to figure out on my own while there trying to help me out.

Oh, so it is the Ethernet not the Wireless module.  I'm sorry for the wrong information.

I suggest stripping the Ethernet software altogether and only install the NIC hardware driver.  No ancillary software.

BTW:  The module is the chip and antenna port(s).  I have a similar interface and module on my ASUS MB.

lol its np. but i did that already. that they only way it doesn't blue screen with the protection on here the youtube video i made. witch is just what you just said uninstall the killer network program and install the lan driver files itself without the killer network program. here the video i made to show how to do that. it took me awhile to figure it out by myself. but in the mean time was just checking in to see if malwarebytes fix the issue yet so i can put the program back on.

if this help on my ticket on sept 24,2014 the support guys said

Hello Tony08,

I apologize for the delay in getting to your escalation. There is a known issue with the IRQ used on the killer network devices and the protection services with the program. The issue should go away if you are able to disable to live protection of MBAM. This issue has been duplicated in house and should be repaired in a future build of the program.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you.

i have no idea what the IRQ is dont know if this would help out for information i have the whole ticket if you need to look over it or if a admin does.
