It is designed to be a simple uncluttered default upon launching the Web Browser.You don't get rid of it. You instead override it by setting a desired Home Page to your unidentified Web Browser on your unidentified Operating System. I prefer the simplicity of Google ( https://google.com ) some people like the clutter and "noise" of MSN.Com or AOL.Com . What you set for your Default Home Page is entirely up to YOU !
