  1. Have you checked in its normal folder C:\Windows\System32\Drivers
  2. Hello arjenjamy, I see no obvious malware or infection in your FRST logs. Your TM images are one and the same router, I can see the second one is related to a LAN connection, I assume the top one is the WLAN connection. Run the following to remove remnants from your system to tidy up: Download attached fixlist.txt file (end of reply) and save it to the Desktop, or the folder you saved FRST into. "Do not open that file when running FRST fix" NOTE. It's important that both FRST and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work. Open FRST and press the Fix button just once and wait. The tool will make a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt) or the folder it was ran from. Please post it to your reply. Next, One more scan to double check your system: Download Sophos Free Virus Removal Tool and save it to your desktop. If your security alerts to this scan either accept the alert or turn off your security to allow Sophos to run and complete..... Please Do Not use your PC whilst the scan is in progress.... This scan is very thorough so may take several hours... Double click the icon and select Run Click Next Select I accept the terms in this license agreement, then click Next twice Click Install Click Finish to launch the program Once the virus database has been updated click Start Scanning If any threats are found click Details, then View log file... (bottom left hand corner) Copy and paste the results in your reply Close the Notepad document, close the Threat Details screen, then click Start cleanup Click Exit to close the program If no threats were found please confirm that result.... The Virus Removal Tool scans the following areas of your computer: Memory, including system memory on 32-bit (x86) versions of Windows The Windows registry All local hard drives, fixed and removable Mapped network drives are not scanned. Note: If threats are found in the computer memory, the scan stops. This is because further scanning could enable the threat to spread. You will be asked to click Start Cleanup to remove the threats before continuing the scan. Saved logs are found here: C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Sophos Virus Removal Tool\Logs Thanks, Kevin... fixlist.txt
  3. The Malwarebytes log shows " No user intervention" on found entries, is that correct..? Next, Download RogueKiller and save it on your desktop, ensure to download correct version.. RogueKiller (X86) RogueKiller (x64) Exit all running applications. Double-click on RogueKiller.exe to launch the tool. On its first execution, RogueKiller will disply the software license (EULA), click on "Accept" to continue. If RogueKiller is unable to load, do not hesitate to try launching it several times or rename it winlogon. Click "Start Scan" to begin the analysis. This may take some time. Once the scan is complete, click the "Open TXT" button to display the scan report. Copy/Paste it's content in your next reply. Do not use the Remove Selected option until i`ve had a look at the log.. 8. Hiya BarryJackson, I`d also keep Zemana, it will currently be running with realtime protection active for its trial period, just turn that off... If you prefer you can uninstall it. Uninstall Zemana http://www.askvg.com/how-to-completely-uninstall-remove-a-software-program-in-windows-without-using-3rd-party-software/ Next, Right click on FRST here: C:\Users\BARRY-PC\Desktop\FRST64.exe and rename uninstall.exe when complete right click on uninstall.exe and select "Run as Administrator" If you do not see the .exe appended that is because file extensions are hidden, in that case just rename FRST64 to uninstall That action will remove FRST and all created files and folders... 9. I have Malwarebytes Premium, I also have Zemana free version. I would not use or pay for Zemana, just use the free version and use as a stand alone scanner when required. Malwarebytes Premium is also an Antivirus where Zemana is not, other functions are similar but Zemana is also good for issues like you`ve just experienced... The logs from FRST did not show any obvious Malware or Infection. When looking for problems on a system, sometimes we have to use several tools before we make headway. How is your system responding now, any remaining issues or concerns...?
  10. Are you opening the links in Chrome.. If so run this: Please download Zemana AntiMalware and save it to your Desktop. Install the program and once the installation is complete it will start automatically. Without changing any options, press Scan to begin. After the short scan is finished, if threats are detected press Next to remove them. Note: If restart is required to finish the cleaning process, you should click Reboot. If reboot isn't required, please re-boot your computer manually. Open Zemana AntiMalware again. Click on icon and double click the latest report. Now click File > Save As and choose your Desktop before pressing Save. Attach saved report in your next message. Thanks, Kevin...

  12. Forgot to add, can you check with your IT guy about the IP address, did he set it up...?
  13. If the issue was only with Chrome then a clean install is required to ensure all adware etc is gone.... If your Chrome Bookmarks are important do this first: Go to this link: http://www.wikihow.com/Export-Bookmarks-from-Chrome follow the instructions and Export your Bookmarks from Chrome, save to your Desktop or similar. Note the instructions can also be used to Import the bookmarks..... Continue for a clean install: Download Chrome installer and save to install later: https://www.google.com/intl/en_uk/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html https://www.google.com/intl/en_usa/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html Next, Open Chrome and sign into your account, open a new tab and type or copy paste chrome://settings/syncSetup hit enter... 16. Hiya CallSignChurch, Have been away over the weekend, hence my late reply. The BSOD is related to the following driver: focusriteusb.sys crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\113018-25428-01.dmp This was probably caused by the following module: focusriteusb.sys (FocusriteUSB+0x6ACB) Bugcheck code: 0xFE (0x4, 0xFFFFFA8006DA9AC0, 0xFFFFFA8006FB5D20, 0xFFFFFA800DD34010) Error: BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER Bug check description: This indicates that an error has occurred in a Universal Serial Bus (USB) driver. The caller has submitted an IRP that is already pending in the USB bus driver. This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: focusriteusb.sys . Google query: focusriteusb.sys BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER Can you renmove all USB devices then reboot your system, close your system again. Plug in USB devices that you normally use and reboot. If the BSOD happens again let me know... Thanks, Kevin
