    False positive on my Shopify hosted store

    The site has been whitelisted, but is affected by a known Browser Guard issue.  A hotfix is being tested, and will be released to all users as soon as it is successfully verified.  In the meantime, individual users can use one of two workarounds.

    Workaround 1

    •     Click check for DB updates button
    •     Wait till BG is completely done updating (1-2 minutes)
    •     Open a new tab
    •     Navigate to the URL

    Workaround 2

    •     Turn off SCAM PROTECTION for the affected website. This continues to protect the user while allowing the user to conduct business on the affected website.

    Please be patient, and this will soon be resolved.

    I have added a whitelist entry, though this is part of an ongoing Browser Guard issue which (so far) is not always being handled by whitelisting. We are waiting for a hotfix that will repair the issue. Please be patient and the issue will be resolved soon

    I have observed continuing failures on this site that fit the process flow which is causing an issue.  I do not have an ETA for the hotfix yet.  A BROWSER GUARD FACTORY RESET has been reported by one website operator as a fix for him, though this is a "per-user" fix and would require getting the word out to affected users. Not ideal, and ultimately not a fix.
