Since I cannot duplicate the environment you are using when the block takes place, I would need a log from Browser Guard to be able to see what the true issue is. Without that, I am stuck.

There was a lingering block on the site that has just been removed. Please allow 2-4 hours for changes to take effect.

I whitelisted the site, but I also wanted to share a hint for you. You said it was clean on VirusTotal. It actually is, but you didn't know that because your data was more than three years old. The hint I am posting shows you how to make your data current.

Just went to the website (7 hours after it was reported) and it was not blocked. There were several subdomains on netlify.app being reported today, so there may have been changes earlier. If you are still having issues, please provide a screenshot.

Give it thirty minutes and try it out. I made a change that allowed the hashtag links to work. I had to remember to tell you, 'cuz I'm a photographer and they have some good stuff!
