As @1PW mentioned, there are significant negatives listed on VirusTotal right now that you should take care of. At the same time, I had our researchers take a look and they found no current reason for the reputation block that is now present other than past history that has been resolved. The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Also, please don't let that get in the way of finishing the cleanup that @1PW mentioned. That could come back to bite in the future.

The other site (ifltx.com) is getting tons of phishing hits on VirusTotal, and the block was reinforced yesterday. You guys still have some work to do there.

In addition to the "compromised" block that has been removed, a "top-level-domain" block has been removed on the secondary domain which hosted images.

After determining what the full name of the site in question was, Research was able to determine that the infection(s) that were present have been removed. The block on the site has been removed. Please allow 2-4 hours for changes to take effect.

Malwarebytes is a favorite target by many antivirus vendors to uninstall. If you are around the forums for any length of time, you become used to it. Do a search for the word "exclusion" and you will see how common this scenario is.
Another giveaway about false positives is that a single source flagged it as a threat (as you noted). Thank you for providing further information on the subject!

That file is a Browser Guard cache file. It is not dangerous and is most definitely a Norton false positive. If you create an exclusion in Norton for the file location you mentioned, Norton should leave it alone in the future.

Site ifltx.com was infected and was blocked due to that. Once it was cleaned up, it was unblocked. Due to the activity on the site, that also triggered a reputation block. I just whitelisted the site, and it should be accessible without issue within 15-30 minutes.
doctorsclinichoust.com was reported at the same time. It was whitelisted on August 4, confirmed to be accessible on August 6, confirmed to be accessible by the person who reported it on August 7, and is still accessible now.
