Although I will not be directly assisting you, a malware removal expert will be along to assist after you do the following.

Let's get the info to get the process started. Be aware it will take many steps and scans to fully remove malware.

Please respond to all future instructions from your helper in a timely manner.

Let's go ahead and run a couple of scans and get some updated logs from your system. Please read the entire post below before starting so that you're more familiar with the process

Then follow each step in the order provided. Unless otherwise asked, please attach all logs

 

Please make the following system changes: Please pay close attention the the instructions in all of the following links.

  • If you have not done so already - Enable System Protection and create a NEW System Restore Point  <<<<< Important.
  • Temporarily disable your antivirus real-time protection or other security software first only if it blocks or interferes with the scans or downloads.. Make sure to turn it back on once the scans are completed
  • Temporarily disable Microsoft SmartScreen to download software below only if needed. Make sure to turn it back on once the downloads are completed
  • Disable-Fast-Startup <<<<< Important.
  • Show-Hidden-Folders-Files-Extensions

Please run the following scans: Please pay close attention the the instructions in all of the following links.

  1. Click the following link and run a  Scan with AdwCleaner
  2. Click the following link and run a  Scan with Malwarebytes
       RESTART the computer <<<<< Important.
  3. Click the following link and run a  Scan with Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

Important - Save it to your desktop.
 
  1. Right click on CKScanner.exe and "Run as administrator").
  1. Give permission if necessary, and click Search For Files.
  1. After a very short time, when the cursor hourglass disappears, click Save List To File.
  1. A message box will verify the file saved. Please run the program once only.
  1. Attach the CKFiles.txt icon on your desktop

FRST64 was saved as C:\Users\pc\Downloads\Programs\FRSTEnglish.exe

  • Download the enclosed file  Fixlist.txt
  • Save it in the same location FRST64 is saved. (FRSTEnglish.exe)
  • Start FRST (FRST64) with Administrator privileges
  • This time around Press the Fix button and wait
  • When finished, a log file (Fixlog.txt) will pop up and saved in the same location the tool was ran from.

Please attach the Fixlog.txt to your reply.

Upon Restart, Scan with FSS Farbar Service Scanner and post the report.

Farbar Service Scanner is detecting services that do not exist.

How is the Security Center?

1.    Press Windows + R, to open run prompt.

2.    Type services.msc and press enter to open the services list.

3.    Under services look from Windows defender service and double click on it.

4.     Start the service.

Let me know if you receive an error.

There are missing files responding to Windows Defender.

  1. Go to Start -> Settings ->Apps -> Installed Applications.
  2. Scroll down to the end of the list and click on System Components.
  3. You will see Windows Security
  4. Click on the three dots and select Advanced Options then on Reset.
  5. This should Reset Windows Security as well as Windows Defender.

Restart the computer and run this Fixlist

Please follow the steps below @Rin

Please make the following change in Malwarebytes if you're using the Premium or Trial version

  • Please open Malwarebytes. Click on the small gear icon to open the Settings and go to the General tab.
  • Then turn off "Always register Malwarebytes in the Windows Security Center"
  • Restart the computer

Okay, the missing file will not be there because your version of Windows is not up to date.

Please check for Windows Updates and install ALL security update and restart the computer.

You should keep updating until your version of Windows comes up to 19045.4717
