I actually misspoke... Did the update, restarted MB but it was working because I had all services down. When I brought it back up, everything was still blocked. :(

I added youtube-ui.l.google.com and clients.l.google.com as well as a few others. Now I can at least use YouTube and Gmail, but still get notifications for auxiliary google sites.

Ran the updater a few times, nothing yet. 

A little QA, all the good you do in the world is quickly undone by a release "oops".

Same, I had to disable malwarebytes just to get chrome working

The mbupdatr.log shows an update just before it happened

First time signing up for the forum, and it's because of this issue. I've got two PCs at home with MWB; one has the problem and one doesn't. And of course, the affected PC is my wife's instead of mine so I'm not on it and seeing everything happening.

Same problem here.  But it is interesting to see how many sites have some sort of Google "hook" in them.   i.e., you can be on a completely unrelated site and see Malwarebytes busy blocking google.

Doesn't work for me, first thing I did try,  it still blocks anything google related non stop as it thinks it has malware..

 

Anyway I just did a scan with emsisoft emergency kit, defender, and now kaspersky is running in background, the offline scan tool, of course there is nothing on the system, just a broken malwarebytes.

I've gone into settings and enabled option to use Beta updates ... ran update and it seems to be fixed. :-)

Where is the testing?  this kind of thing simply cannot happen!!  Also it should be fixed much quicker. Roll back dev update if needed. you would think they had this down by now. ?
