I actually misspoke... Did the update, restarted MB but it was working because I had all services down. When I brought it back up, everything was still blocked. :(

Same, I had to disable malwarebytes just to get chrome working

The mbupdatr.log shows an update just before it happened

Doesn't work for me, first thing I did try,  it still blocks anything google related non stop as it thinks it has malware..

 

Anyway I just did a scan with emsisoft emergency kit, defender, and now kaspersky is running in background, the offline scan tool, of course there is nothing on the system, just a broken malwarebytes.
