I would suggest trying to create a new local user account that has admin rights. Then restart the computer two times. Then run the Farbar program again and upload the log files.

No need to zip the files. You can just attach the text files.

Hi, I will admit I am a bit frightened to change profiles. I've never done it except on a web browser, & I am not very Win 10 literate. I noticed that Acronis was causing the pc to stall on shut down. I uninstalled it & it does seem to be running somewhat faster. I re-ran FRST from Farbar after 2 reboots & no longer see the verbiage you copied above. Did I run the correct program to check for it? At any rate I wanted to check in with these results before building a new profile. Please let me know what you think.

Hello @moo4x There is still something odd going on with the system.

Please open an elevated admin command prompt and run the following. Press the Enter key after each line

sfc /scannow

dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Let me know the results of each line please.
