Malwarebytes does not start

Thanks for your answer , if I follow these steps , am I going to loss the program license ?

No, the tool will save your license information for you.

However, if you've not already done so I would recommend you setup your My Account page so that you can manage your license on your own if needed.

Hello ,

I followed all the steps exactly what you mentioned , i used the support tool and did the clean , it took few minutes and then asked to reboot  . after restart and wait for about 20 min then no support tool show up .

what should i do now please .
