  1. i also uninstalled the "MalwareFox AntiMalware" before doing all these steps.
  2. Hello , I followed all the steps exactly what you mentioned , i used the support tool and did the clean , it took few minutes and then asked to reboot . after restart and wait for about 20 min then no support tool show up . what should i do now please .
