Lifetime Activation Key Not Working

I emailed support 3 days ago and I have not had a response as of yet.

My dilemma is as follows, I bought a lifetime key back in 2014 just before they were not offered anymore. To this date I have never once used they key because I been using hitman pro.

A few weeks ago I figured that I would try the free trial for 15 days and loved the product.

I dug up the key I have never used and it looks too short or too long or something, the activate button is greyed out.

Any suggestions peeps?

Is your license an ID and KEY or just a key? Did you also type the dashes?

How is captain archer

It has a ID and KEY, I did use the dashes.

ID is 5 of 2 sets

Key is 4 sets of 4

Sorry I messed up, I was entering the ID and key in the reverse spot.

Works like a charm now. 

One question, if I goto format my computer I should deactivate license first correct?

So I can install again after the format?

Yes, deactivate to preserve license.
