There are different variants of ransomnware that use that type of decryption, it depends on which variety you are infected with. Some can be decrypted, some not. Sometimes the authors of these types of ransomware make mistakes which allows for decryption of your files. If you want further help post the logs in the link provided.

Since we don't know what Ransomware you got infected with, it's hard to assist you. Can you give us more information?

Were your file extensions changed to anything (or were your files renamed)? If so, what extension was added?
What's the name of the ransom notes you have (you should find some on your Desktop)?
Can you copy/paste the content of a ransom note here so we can see it?

If you can provide these informations, we'll be able to determinate what Ransomware you were hit with, and offer you proper assistance if possible.
