  1. Unfortunately it's gone because I used CCleaner. But the BSOD was caused from a dual band adapter I unsuccessfully tried to install today. Today I had a new hard drive placed into my desktop and win 8.1 reinstalled.
  2. The mbst-grab-results.zip logs are below the screenshot. But I will post the log from the repair as well.
  3. Also I've tried a repair and a clean install neither have fixed the issue.
  4. Every time I open MWB I'm getting an error there is no disk in the drive, please insert a disk into drive D. Any help would be apprenticed mbst-grab-results.zip
  5. I was browsing some items on ebay and in the link below a trojan was blocked from cldup.com. I'm obviously not sure if it's a false positive or not. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Dell-Inspiron-Desktop-Intel-Core-i5-8400-12GB-1TB-i3670-5750BLK-PUS/352478090717?epid=5020205409&hash=item521154d5dd:g:TawAAOSwu7xbtlU9 Website Blocked.txt
  6. You're talking the mbamservice.exe crashing if you reboot?
  7. No crashes since yesterday. So it looks this was just an issue with the install?
  8. I'll keep a close eye on it though and get you that crash dump file if it happens again.
  9. It hasn't crashed any additional times so far. I've booted up my pc 3 times the last 15 minutes and I haven't seen any crashes.
  10. I did another clean install of 3.6.1. The Mbam.exe or mbamservice.exe didn't crash this time but the mbamtray.exe did after I installed 3.6.1. More logs attached. mbst-clean-results.txt mbst-grab-results.zip
  11. So should I just wait until the next component package update for 3.6.1 before I give it another try?
  12. I guess this explains why the mbamservice crashed on me after rebooting.
  13. I tried a clean install. Sorry It didn't work.
  14. Something went really bad after my update to 3.6.1. I've had the mbam.exe and the mbamservice.exe both crash on me after the update. All I did was try to enter my ID and key to activate my premium service and MWB stopped responding and crashed. I reverted back to 3.5.1 for now. mbst-grab-results.zip
  15. Looks that way but every time someone bumps this thread I hold my breath.
  16. For some reason every time I disable those settings they automatically enable again the very next time I open MB.
  17. I deleted the instlrupdate folder and upgrade alerts still happen. Strangely the instlrupdate folder is some how back after I deleted it earlier today.
  18. Which is a request that has already been made and granted by some users in this very thread.
  19. Any updates DC? I'm a little surprised it's taking this long for a fix.
  20. You're no longer advising downgrading to 3.4.5?
  21. I just got a BSOD minutes ago. I'm just going to downgrade to 3.4.5.
  22. Errors on your PC and having outdated drivers are two different things though.
  23. It was driving me crazy as well. I briefly thought my USB port had malfunctioned.
