  2. Dell Backup and Recovery indeed was the culprit. Malwarebytes hasn't crashed once since I uninstalled it on Friday. I want to thank you Kevin for all your time and help.
  3. No crashes since uninstalling Dell Backup and Recovery. If everything goes well over the weekend I'll let you know on Monday and we can pretty much call this issue resolved.

  6. ok Malwarebytes just crashed and it happened as soon as Dell Backup and Recovery entered into my notification area. This might be the culprit.
  7. I went ahead and enabled the second half of those Non MS Services a few minutes ago. I'm now in normal startup. I'm just going to see what happens the rest of today.
  8. So far so good. No Malwarebytes crashes all day under the Non Microsoft Services enabled I listed.
  9. Kevin There is one thing that I forgot to tell you regarding Avast. I had these files below in the Avast Exclusions list long before malwarebytes crashes began. 13. This is going to be really tough but I'll try my best kevin.

  15. BTW I couldn't copy and paste the report log from TDSSKiller after the scan. But I have the attachment below of the report Should I keep on my computer on selective startup or return to normal starup? TDSSKiller.3.1.0.5_21.10.2015_07.59.02_log.txt
  16. Yeah I just did a clean boot and just did a threat scan. The scan attached below finished in 19 minutes which is a lot faster than usual even though I didn't scan for rookits this time. Malwarebytes seems to be responding much quicker after the clean boot. Maybe a certain or a few microsoft services are causing malwarebytes to crash. Threat Scan after Clean Boot.txt
  17. For some reason Tdsskiller is not allowing me to copy and paste the contents of the Report log. Here were the scan results. 2 Threats Suspicious- My Dell Client Framework(Unsignedfile.multi, generic) Suspicious-Wyse Remote Access(Unsignedfile.multi, generic)

  19. I uninstalled Avast and ensured Defender was turned on and sorry to say no luck. Malwarebytes crashed when I manually checked for updates a few minutes ago. It's unfortunate I can't roll back to V2.1.8. Everything was running great on my system.
  20. I have avast free. You want me to uninstall Avast and reinstall? Plus turn on Windows defender?
