  1. Just to add... since you changed DNS, make sure you flush your DNS Go to a command prompt and in the command prompt window type: ipconfig /flushdns
  2. As mentioned that is not a good idea.... do not exclude the entire system32 folder as that would put your computer at risk. Once you have done that please provide the requested logs from the bot above.
  3. It is quite possible that the person that gave them the computer is now using that KEY and ID on their new computer and wants to keep ownership of his/her lifetime license. They may have forgotten to deactivate it on that computer they gave away. The computer that was given to this customer should be wiped of any personal files and software from the previous owner.
  4. We need to get information from your computer in order to have the proper detail to help you going forward. 5. Well I opened my Malwarebytes once again and it said update pending, I let it install one more time and it updated to new version... problem still exists with deleting reports.
  6. Upgraded to this beta and it does not fix the issue with deleting scan reports. Will test out to see if I can find any other bugs. Also for some reason this beta wanted/or installed twice for some reason @LiquidTension
  7. Nice find... I am waiting on @LiquidTension to do some testing before I try some work arounds
  8. Since you do not plan to purchase, once the trial ends, it will no longer be actively protecting your computer so the issue will no longer exist and you will be able to play without any issues. That being said, you can end the trial now as well and all will be fine.
  9. Well lets start by getting a new set of logs... We need to get information from your computer in order to have the proper detail to help you going forward. 10. To add.... If you have Malwarebytes Browser Guard, it has a good chance of blocking the site, however it is only one layer. Malwarebytes Premium has 4 layers of protection and works different that browser guard.
  11. Take a deep breath... more than likely all is well after you have performed your scans and found nothing. Just be cautious of your browsing activities and stay away from site that claim they have free software.
  12. since it was blocked by both Malwarebytes and Chrome, then you are most likely OK. If you want to be sure you would have to get one of the experts look at your computer. You would do so by following the instructions located here:
  13. Your statement above says that you blocked the site, not Chrome or Malwarebytes. If your trial ends with Malwarebytes it will no longer block sites. If you add Malwarebytes Browser Guard it may help, but to take full advantage of the protection Malwarebytes provides you would have to have a license.
  14. Where exactly did you block the website at? If you have Windows 10, just stick with Windows Defender that comes with Windows 10 and Add Malwarebytes Premium and you should be good to go.
  15. Hello and Welcome back @DSperber Thanks for the report... its already being discussed and reviews in this thread...
  16. Malwarebytes when running in Trial/Paid version will protect your computer actively. Once the trial runs out it will no longer be active so your protection is not as good. If you want to continue to be protected by Malwarebytes actively you would have to purchase a subscription, otherwise you only have the ability to do manual scans do do cleanup after a potential infection. That being said if you use Chrome or Firefox, you can install Malwarebytes Browser Guard to help keep you protected as well, which is currently free. https://www.malwarebytes.com/browserguard/

  18. @LiquidTension I will send you the logs via PM here shortly
  19. I had already deleted that IrisPlugins folder, after the files got recreated I still can't delete one or all reports.
  20. Your probably right, I just checked the folder and now the files are there, and also checked and I can still add exclusions.
  21. That worked for me as well.... What about the files/folder we created? I noticed the files did not get re-created, are they not needed? @LiquidTension
  22. +1 I can't see to be able to click the Add button
  23. Hello and Welcome! I am not sure I understand your questions. Can you elaborate on what you are asking?
  24. Updated to this beta and have not noticed any issues thus far.
  25. Hello and Welcome @dyland Windows Defender and Malwarebytes Premium are a good combination to keep your computer protected. Both will help keep your computer protected. That being said, I would keep both those options enabled. Windows Defender is your first line of defense, followed by Malwarebytes which will catch anything that your Defender may fail to catch.
