website listing as incorrect by malwarebytes
gonzo replied to cyberamazing's topic in Website Blocking
Now that the trojan block has been cleared, the site is accessible. If you are still having an issue reaching the website, please dump your browser cache. -
Our record attributed the block to VirusTotal, but checking VirusTotal came up clean. I don't know what to say. The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience.

VirusTotal results look ugly, but I also see that we lifted premium blocks on esl.org two days ago. The site has been whitelisted to remove the reputation block. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Not blocked for me, so my assumption is that you need to dump your browser cache. That is a common issue. If it still persists after that, restart your browser (less common, but still happens at times).

I can see that there was a block, and that it was lifted four hours ago. Database updates occur every 2-4 hours under normal circumstances. If it is still blocked for you, I will need a URL that I can use to witness the block for myself. Reading that all paths are blocked is not the same as seeing the block occur.

website listing as incorrect by malwarebytes

hello -
I did not find your site to be blocked, but I whitelisted it anyway. If you are still blocked, please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect.

I asked our researchers to take a look at the site. They have concerns about the site's condition, and do not think lifting the block is the appropriate thing to do. You may consider using VirusTotal. It is far more valuable when you subscribe to their services. Also, Sucuri is a very valuable website. https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/0b34cde4fb27502de89e507f70b14cdbf491f8d0649e326dccb06f49a7a31fe7 https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/paisajismodigital.com

tri.ps does not seem to be redirecting to wetravel.com, but I do not see any issues with it. The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Taking one step back here...if the URL that you went to is public, please post it here so that we can attempt to reproduce the issue. When a CDN is involved, the referring website is important. It may result in NOT unblocking, but we need to determine that by testing and verifying. Thank you.

The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience. Malwarebytes Browser Guard will block download of executable files (EXE, DLL) as well as certain other file types, based on the potential danger which they represent. When blocked, we test sites and unblock if appropriate...such as in this case.

A reputation block for the website was also removed. Please allow an additional 15-30 minutes for that change to take effect.

wendysbridal.com is accessible without issue. wendysbridalcincinnati.com is a phishing block, and must be handled separately by our research team. wendysbridalshow.com is a reputation block (Browser Guard only), and I have whitelisted that site. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. -
The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience. You should also know that your Apache web server is downlevel, which makes you ripe for making many friends that may seek you out as a source of information and/or revenue. You are on version 2.4.44, which came out in August 2020. There have been seven updates since then.

Browser Guard (another Malwarebytes product) added a reputation block based on the issues that were present on your website. Browser Guard can show all Malwarebytes premium blocks in addition to the blocks it is responsible for. Premium blocks take hours to lift, and I cannot see Browser Guard blocks on a site until the premium blocks do lift. As a result, this happens. The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience, and please excuse the long-winded explanation. It was longer before liberal use of the delete key.

@virtapeneur, static.elfsight.com has been whitelisted, and as @Joshordan has mentioned, it is not a problem. It is not a browser-related issue. Domain apps.elfsight.com was mentioned, but I go to that site, find that it redirects to the primary domain (elfsight.com) and there are no blocks, so please tell me how to reproduce the issue. I do not whitelist on general principles. Each entry has a reason behind it, so you need to provide that reason.

Please close that support ticket and let me know here when that has been completed. I will then take care of the whitelisting. I'm trying to be nice to our always overloaded support folks, as they can only come to me for that issue.
