  12. Whitelisted. I guess they will have to raise taxes so they can hire enough people to take down the thousands of logos on the web, many that are likely of higher quality than you got dinged for. Shame on me...
  13. First, There are variations in what we can do in Windows and what we can do in Safari. That means that Safari blocks are sometimes related more closely to Mac threats. Second, Browser Guard is new in the Mac space, so we are still getting our feet wet there. Third, Browser Guard can block sites for more than a dozen reasons, each of which are listed on the block (and largely ignored by people reporting them). There are several premium blocks, which are grandfathered in from Malwarebytes Premium. Alert and notification blocks are focused on Tech Support Scams (and similar behavior). Suspicious download blocks are due to executables or easily infected files being downloaded (even more rules apply when sites are not using HTTPS). The most common block is the reputation block, which may exist on its own thanks to a number of factors (as measured by Malwarebytes and the cybersecurity community as a whole), or as residue from a recently-cleared premium block. I can go on and on. Users generically refer to all of these as blocks. On our end, investigation of each one must be done uniquely, and resolution is done according to our findings and the specific type of block involved.

  17. We do not offer a service of that type. The internet is far too large to support it.
  18. The Brazilian site was whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. The US site was not blocked.
  19. If the problem is still there AND they are have flushed their cache, I need to know how to reproduce the issue. Providing screenshots of how it looks (in failure mode) as compared to how it should look would be of great value as well. And finally, if an image is not displaying AND it is a single image consistently not being displayed, the filename of the image. There are some that we block, but I need to know more about the failure in general. I tried to create an account, but phone number validation tripped me up. Your website reverted to German as soon as it started to complain, so I will not be able to login to the site.

  21. VirusTotal showed a number of current hits on the website as well as blacklisting by McAfee. Our researchers have elected to put a block on the site. Please let us know once you have resolved those issues so that we can review the block situation.

  25. The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience. The block was caused by excessive usage of alerts and/or notifications, a common behavior of tech support scams. Those websites have a tendency to paint messages and warnings which erroneously state that you have malware (or similar) in order to make you click a link, make a phone call or buy a product. All of those are designed to get you to part with your money. We cannot determine intentional misuse, so we block once the activity crosses a threshold.
