  1. I believe each browser should have its own, but I'm not completely sure. If you start with a fresh browser session, you will start with a brand new log. (Just verified that one to be sure)
  2. gonzo

  4. The replay was addressed to you. You added your request onto someone else's Top Level Domain block. A separate issue for a different person should be a separate thread so that communication between parties does not lead to confusion or damage. Your site is accessible, although the web address listed in your pink banner at the top is using a .tk domain and not a .ml domain.
  5. In your forum post, you mention the date 2020-11-24. Your log begins on 2020-11-26, so there would not be anything in the log that is relevant to the date in question. I need data that shows the issue as it happens. You may also be able to get the information without logs. Please do this: Do the steps that cause the failure to occur. As soon as it does occur, click on the Browser Guard icon in your address bar. The Browser Guard screen will appear. The Current website panel should show you information relevant to the failure. If a website URL is shown, make a screenshot.
  6. All subdomain blocks on email10k.com except the one you specifically asked for were cleared yesterday. The last remaining one was cleared today and it is now accessible. Sorry for the delay and confusion.
  7. Please send debug logs from Browser Guard. They can be downloaded from the Support screen. In order to correct this, I must be able to see exactly what caused the issue.
  8. I can reach it as well. Please clear your cache and/or uninstall/reinstall Browser Guard.
  9. Browser Guard cannot block for a trojan without being told to do so by a higher authority, and the higher authority says the block was cleared yesterday. I am trying to get more understanding regarding the contradiction.

  11. The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Reputation is basically looking at the traffic volume going to a website. Low volume ends up equating to a reputation block. Sites associated with malware will always have low volume, but few sites with reputation blocks are associated with malware...hence the false positives.
  12. The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Your request was moved to a separate thread because it was a separate request.
  13. I have sent your request for information to the Product Managers. One of them should respond to you when they return from vacation (unless they read my request sooner).
  14. Any block encountered by Malwarebytes Premium will also be shown by Browser Guard. Once the Premium block clears, the Browser Guard block will go away in most cases. If there is a Browser Guard block following removal of a Premium block, it would be for another reason. I see that the trojan block on email10k.com was cleared 11 hours ago, but a block on c.email10k.com was still in force at that time. That second block was cleared 5 hours ago. I am seeing the block via Browser Guard now, which implies that the database update that would clear the second block has not went out yet. Not
  15. I am looking at your site and seeing your motherboard ads rotate through. It is accessible.

  20. I am trying to determine if we can corroborate the phishing detections made by Kaspersky and Comodo on VirusTotal reports. If we can determine those are FPs, I can safely unblock it. Please bear with us.
  21. It is actually a very small percentage, although it is not easy to tell that without seeing the number of "real" malicious/suspicious sites that are blocked. It is being magnified by a much larger number of users recently, and that may lead to a change in methods. I don't know that for certain, but the possibility exists.
  22. Its not blocked. What makes you think it is blocked? Who says its fraudulent?
