  1. Negative, ghost rider, but that where the only sign in option I saw on the support site (which looks to be Zendesk) directed me to.
  2. @gonzo - I've replied to the automated email noting the ticket was created from support@mail1.malwarebytes.com asking for it to be closed and referencing this thread. Hopefully that does the trick as I can't find any way to access or update the ticket online - attempts to login to my.malwarebytes.com claim my email address doesn't exist.
  3. ifpim.org is being blocked by malwarebytes browser guard for "reputation", please remove/whitelist and/or provide the reason for this classification. I also submitted a ticket for this (3635949) before I found this forum.
