exile360 Posted May 23, 2011 ID:432460 Share Posted May 23, 2011 If you just need protection for rootkits, the majority of antivirus software does contain antirootkit tech to detect, remove and protect your system from rootkits and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware also detects many installers and droppers for rootkits to prevent them from getting onto your system (assuming you're running the PRO version which includes realtime protection).
