xiaozy Posted March 30, 2010 Author ID:224359 Share Posted March 30, 2010 I followed Firefox's instructions(step one and two), now I can update the malwarebyte and my IE is working too. Thank you very much!!!I do have another question:My wireless network is not working. It can't find any wireless network. It worked before but it quit working two months ago.The View available Wi-Fi networks option under the Dell ControlPoiont Connection Manager -> Connection Status is grayed out and I can't click it. I tried to check the Enable Wi-Fi Catcher Network Locator under the Dell ControlPoiont Connection Manager -> Profiles -> Change Settings -> Wi-Fi Catcher. But it unchecked the option once I click OK and leave the ControlPoint Connection.Once again, thank you very much!
Root Admin AdvancedSetup Posted March 30, 2010 Root Admin ID:224388 Share Posted March 30, 2010 Make sure you don't have it turned off from some switch on the laptop, other than that you might be able to seek further advice for it in the PC Help forum or contact Dell and seek their advice for enabling it again.
