I think it will, depending on if the xp internet security 2010 was on your computer before your last system restore point, if this is the case then you can't rid of it that way, well someone from Malwarebytes should be able to help better than I can , but if they fail you can if you want try reformating your hard drive, if you know how to do that

Yes it will still be there. The System Restore can restore critical files but will not remove files such as from this infection.

It's okay buddy, I'm no expert, I just wanted to help a fellow computer user, it's good to listen to experts, but sometimes i reckon bit of advice from a average pc user can be helpful sometimes because they have probably experienced it themselves, have a good day

The malware my disable your system restore anyway, so you will not be able to restore most of the time to a previous point, your best choice is to follow the advice from AdvancedSetup and post in the HJT section to get help from the experts.
