Please note that Spyware Blaster (as noted in the top quote) is a spyware blocking program and not a malware remover - This is a prime reason why KIS will be flagging it as incompatible with their program unless excluded - This can be done much easier with Malwarebytes -

I notice though you have KAV 2010, not KIS . Wouldn't this change things, i.e. compatability issues ?

It could make a difference (KAV vs KIS), but generally doesn't especially when you take a look at their incompatible software lists:

I'm very fond of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, over the years it has filled a hole of the "On Demand Scanner" when a few AV products gave it away, or just became unreliable. To have Kaspersky Internet Security is excellent feeling too.

I went to the source and started a thread at Kaspersky Labs, ... after being emailed from Kaspersky Support, "There are no Lists" , and gotsome further helpful links to incompatible programs .

Is there a list of incompatible programs KIS 2010 ?, Pre-Install / Save a lot of fuss.

Suddenly all is revealed, thankyou all at MalwareBytes, and Kaspersky Labs Forums for taking the time to help out someone new to these quirks !

i wanted to know will the softwares like KIS 2010, windows defender, mbam real time protection & spybot s&d, work together as startup? are they compatible with each other? wont they conflict?

They should work together, but I would recommend not installing Spybot S&D's 'TeaTimer'.
