Compromised Inbound Connections

Recommended Posts

When putting the IP addresses in the wesbsite https://whatismyipaddress.com/  They all seem to be for DATACENTERS around the world with somewhat trusted ISPs;
I should also state that when I installed MalwareBytes again it was because I got hacked, And these Inbound/Outbound ¨probs started popping up from time to time ..
My premium trial expires today and I'm not really sure yet if I will subscribe to a plan, If the real-time protection feature goes away with the trial end will there be danger of explotation?
I disabled all RemoteDesktop Features in my PC (Windows 11) ..

I have a router that is related to the ISP, And I get these Inbound probs a lot,

Not all ISP routers work like a separate one purchased by the user. They lack firewall capabilities and user control.

Please get us the following logs and we'll verify if all are Incoming and if there are any other issues we see.

To begin, please do the following so that we may take a closer look at your installation for troubleshooting:

NOTE: The tools and the information obtained are safe and not harmful to your privacy or your computer, please allow the programs to run if blocked by your system.

  • Download the Malwarebytes Support Tool
  • In your Downloads folder, open the mb-support-x.x.x.xxx.exe file
  • In the User Account Control pop-up window, click Yes to continue the installation
  • Run the MBST Support Tool
  • In the left navigation pane of the Malwarebytes Support Tool, click Advanced
  • In the Advanced Options, click Gather Logs. A status diagram displays the tool is Getting logs from your machine
  • A zip file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to the Public desktop, please upload that file on your next reply

Thank you
