ps.I wrote this CS in due to I have not had a reason to go to this folder and was'nt sure of the location for it. This works for me, feel free to edit if needed. Just a grunt in the malware trenches.

Locating Malwarebytes logs in the Application Data folder: (For XP)

1. Click Start > Click Run

Type/Copy & Paste %APPDATA% in the Run box.

Click OK

2. Right click on the Malwarebytes folder.

Click Open

3. Repeat step 2 when Malwarebytes folder window opens.

4. Click on the Logs folder.

Click Open and Copy and Paste recent log back here.

Note:

Double-clicking said folder items will produce the same results as above.

Cheers B)

nm - I see more goodies were added, including a couple of new options as well as scheduled updating and scanning.

All's well that ends well.

Marcin, the monitor requires admin privileges - if it is going to be allowed to run with Windows at startup, then Vista users with UAC enabled are going to have a tough time because the system will block the startup (because of the request for elevated privileges).

This one is super fast. Quick scan took 2 min 36 secs and Full Scan took 13 min 55 secs. Installed easily not hiccups. No bugs to report, where are the logs stored in this one? I do not see them in the Malwarebytes' Anti-malware folder.

Here is the log:

All is well, but the database update is producing this window, is this a bug or a problem. The Full/Quick scanning process did'nt have any problems.

The database was successfully updated to version 213 to version 213
