This one has already been unblocked for the main program. It is now just a reputation block in browser guard. Those a handled by another team.

Site ifltx.com was infected and was blocked due to that.  Once it was cleaned up, it was unblocked.  Due to the activity on the site, that also triggered a reputation block.  I just whitelisted the site, and it should be accessible without issue within 15-30 minutes.

doctorsclinichoust.com was reported at the same time.  It was whitelisted on August 4, confirmed to be accessible on August 6, confirmed to be accessible by the person who reported it on August 7, and is still accessible now.
